In group E the Dutch lead the group with 2-1 win over Cameroon, the Japanese sealed the second place after beating the Danes 3-1 in Rustenburg. A dramatic 3-2 victory over Italy sent Slovakia into the round of 16 while Paraguay still made it through the next round even their match ended goalless. This is the end for the Champion, they finish last of the group with 2 points.
